With our on-site and on-line Business Performance Improvement Consulting, you have the option of either in-person or virtual consultant visits.

You get a customized detailed solution to your organization’s specific needs and/or situation, built on DeltaPro's proprietary project framework.

Our program materials provide you with both the solution AND the knowledge base that you can use over and over again to address future issues.

A typical session includes step-by-step learning and specific assignments that allow you to solve your business issues.  We review and analyze these assignments to assure that you get results.

For on-line programs, you download all program materials from our web-site and send assignment responses and questions by e-mail or fax.  When appropriate, telephone conversations or on-site visits may be used to enhance communication.

We are here to answer your business questions, by e-mail or phone.

We typically review assignments or answer questions within 48 hours.

In addition to our three major on-site or on-line programs, our advisory services are available to deal with other specific issues.

On-Line Consulting

Lower Cost - With less direct consultant interaction time and much lower (possibly zero) travel and lodging expenses, you can achieve the results you're after at a reduced price.

Convenient Scheduling - You and your staff can work at your own pace.  You determine when to download program sessions and control how much time is spent on each.  However, clients who fall behind our typical schedule are contacted and reminded to keep on track.  Our goal is provide the discipline to assure your success.

In-House Knowledge Base - Downloading session materials allows them to become an enduring part of your organization’s knowledge library.  People can learn on their own or in groups.  All appropriate staff can participate in the e-learning, rather than a select few.

Semi-Custom Program - Each session delivers a proprietary framework or structure, with one or more specific assignments for you to carry out.  DeltaPro reviews these, and provides suggestions or advice, as appropriate.  When you complete these assignments, you end up with results unique to your organization, unlike any other client’s results.

Direct Support - To make these programs as interactive and participative as possible, telephone, e-mail and in-person support, as appropriate, are available on an as-needed basis to assure program success.

Flat Program Price - Paying a fixed price for a quality professional Business Performance Improvement program, rather than an hourly onsite consulting fee, assures you can measure your return on investment. And a convenient payment schedule means it can be worked into almost any budget.

Fees

All programs are charged on a flat-fee basis.  Our on-line programs run about half of what we charge for on-site programs. Contact Us for current pricing.

Program fees may be paid as a lump sum or in pre-defined installments.

Any work which is not part of a project is billed at our then current hourly rate.

Since DeltaPro is in the knowledge business, we cannot ask for our information back if we’re not paid. Therefore, all fees must be paid in advance.

Our Company Policy states that we will do whatever it takes, within reason,
to assure that our clients are satisfied with our performance and the results achieved.

Our Goal is to have all of our clients become referral sources or positive references.

Therefore, if there is some way in which our program falls short of our Agreement, we hope you will tell us about it. We will endeavor to do make the situation right, within the above policy.
