With our on-line and on-site Business Performance Improvement Consulting, you have the option of either virtual or in-person consultant visits.

In addition to our three major on-line or on-site programs, our advisory services are available to deal with specific issues outside the scope of those programs.

You will end up with a customized detailed solution to your organization’s specific needs and/or situation, built on DeltaPro's proprietary project framework.

Our program materials provide you with both the solution AND the knowledge base you can use over and over again to address future issues.

A typical session includes step-by-step learning and specific assignments that allow you to solve your business issues.  We review and analyze these assignments to assure that you get results.

For on-line programs, you download all program materials from our web-site and send assignment responses and questions by e-mail or fax.  When appropriate, telephone conversations or on-site visits may be used to enhance communication.

We are here to answer your business questions, by e-mail or phone.

We typically review assignments or answer questions within 48 hours.

Fees

All programs are charged on a flat-fee basis.  Our on-line programs run about half of what we charge for on-site programs. Call or e-mail for current pricing

Program fees may be paid as a lump sum or in pre-defined installments.

Any work which is not part of a project is billed at our then current hourly rate.

Since DeltaPro is in the knowledge business, we cannot ask for our information back if we’re not paid. Therefore, all fees must be paid in advance.

Our Company Policy states that we will do whatever it takes, within reason,
to assure that our clients are satisfied with our performance and the results achieved.

Our Goal is to have all of our clients become referral sources or positive references.

Therefore, if there is some way in which our program falls short of our Agreement, we hope you will tell us about it. We will endeavor to do make the situation right, within the above policy.
