Sessions

To meet the above goals, your organization needs a deep knowledge of your current customers, and a well-organized plan for contacting prospective customers and converting them to actual customers.

The Marketing & Sales Development Program is divided into six sessions.  Each session should take approximately 2 hours to complete.  Since each organization is different, and starts with a different knowledge base, the program may take more or less time.  However, the more time you put into the program, the higher the probability of success.

How to do an ABC Analysis—a tool for focusing on, maintaining and further developing your current key accounts—especially repeat customers

How to construct a Market Analysis MatrixTM—an ongoing market analysis and development tool for identifying, organizing and prioritizing new markets, customers and product/service opportunities, in order to increase market share

How to develop a very simple but powerful Marketing Plan—selecting Targets on the Market Analysis MatrixTM

How to have fun and success Prospecting—to land new customers

How to develop a powerful Sales Forecasting System—to level revenue peaks and valleys, and to improve financial planning and budgeting

 

Prerequisite

To work with the ABC Analysis and Market Analysis MatrixTM requires knowledge of how to use spreadsheets (e.g, Microsoft Excel© or Lotus 123©).
